Casa Alianza receives 99% of its funding from private individuals.

Casa Alianza is committed to using every dollar you donate wisely and efficiently by ensuring that the maximum possible help go to homeless kids across United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America.

Casa Alianza receives a three-star charity rating from Charity Navigator, America's premier independent charity evaluator, indicating that Casa Alianza "Exceeds or meets industry standards and performs as well as or better than most charities in its Cause." Covenant House International also meets all 20 of the comprehensive and demanding standards of the Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance.

How Many We Help

  • On average, 1,813 youth were sheltered at Casa Alianza shelters internationally every night of the year in 2009.
  • A total of 661,740 nights of shelter were provided.
  • Residential and Community Service Center programs cared for 31,107 youth.
  • Outreach served an additional 36,154 youth.
  • Nineline received 40,595 crisis calls.
  • Acercatel (Mexico helpline) received 11,056 crisis calls.
