Acercatel is a confidential and free 365 day a year, 24 hour a day hotline run by Casa Alianza Mexico to provide guidance, emotional support and crisis intervention to children, adolescents and families across Mexico.
Acercatel tries to help to meet the needs of at-risk-kids by providing support, understanding, and a place to be heard at a time of crisis without being judged. In extreme situations, this hotline may be the best support to prevent a decision that involves risking one's life.
